Come relax with friends to experience food faithful to its Italian origins, paired with wines from all regions of Italy.
Classic Italian flavors with a touch of sophistication.
What's in a name? "Vetro" is Italian for "glass." 1925? That's when our building was built.
Our design is inspired by contemporary architecture in Rome and the Village in New York. We're fusing the original, classic features with a modern, jazzy vibe in Fayetteville's historic Cravens building.
And our food? Well, it's divine. Chef Alan Dierks has a passion for fine Italian cuisine, and he's making his Fayetteville debut at Vetro 1925.
Come and join us for a wonderful meal and a glass of wine or two.
It's going to be fantastic.
You've never had Italian food like this. We focus on bold flavors, because that's what being Italian is about.
At Vetro 1925, you're going to experience Ossobuco, a traditional Milanese dish; Spaghetti Carbonara, prepared in the Roman way; Arancini, distinct to Sicily; Nero D'Avola from Sicily; Amarone from Veneto; Tignanello from Tuscany.

Chef Alan Dierks attributes his knowledge of food to the years he worked under the most influential chefs in Arkansas. “They’re the ones who deserve the credit. They taught me everything I know,” he said.
It wasn’t until working at Ristorante Capeo under Eric Isaac that Alan found his niche for Italian cuisine. The simplicity and freshness of ingredients lured him to research and study how a culture has been flourishing with the same recipes for centuries. He invites you to experience food that can only be found in regions of Italy, from Piedmont to Sicily.
Join Chef Alan and native Salerno Angelo Amabile as they work together to bring Italy to you through the finest food and wine that the country has to offer.
