While you decide, enjoy our house focaccia bread, made fresh daily. Or start your meal the way the Italians do: a glass of prosecco with a hint of Aperol.
Vetro 1925 offers bold flavors created the original Italian way.
We start with the finest meat and seafood available, using grass-fed beef and veal, line-caught seafood, even organic New Zealand elk. We also make our ravioli and malfatti from scratch.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.
We love to use local vegetables, depending on seasonal availability. Even our shiitake mushrooms come from Sweden Creek in Arkansas. Foothold Farms provides our arugula, berries, tomatoes, and other seasonal produce.
